If your vehicle was in an accident, Crown’s on-site I-CAR Gold Class collision center can handle the repair right here — no second tow, no second shop. We’ll get you from the roadside to a fully restored vehicle under one roof.
You always have the right to choose your own repair shop.
Oregon law ( ORS 746.280) protects that right — your insurance company cannot require you to use a specific shop. If your insurer referred you elsewhere, you can still choose Crown.
