Yes — we handle roadside assistance including fuel delivery, jump starts, and tire changes. If the issue can't be fixed on the spot, we'll tow you to a shop of your choice or to our Portland location.

Do I have to use the repair shop my insurance recommends?

No. You have the right to choose any repair shop you trust. Crown Towing & Collision works with most major insurance companies, and we'll coordinate directly with them for your convenience.

Do my repairs come with a warranty?

We guarantee the repairs made to your vehicle, as shown in your final estimate, against any defects of workmanship for as long as you own the vehicle. The warranty does not cover damages or defects related to abuse, rust, theft, rock chips, scratches, subsequent collision, improper care, and/or maintenance.
